Job description
The Associate Site IT Support Analyst IV provides onsite IT support to end users by troubleshooting desktop and Windows-related issues, deploying and imaging computers, and monitoring onsite computer systems. This role supports daily IT operations to ensure reliable technology services across the facility.
Duties:
Provide onsite IT support for end users at the facility.
Troubleshoot Windows operating system and desktop-related issues.
Perform PC imaging, deployment, and system setup.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.
Monitor onsite computer systems and resolve technical issues proactively.
Support end users with hardware, software, and peripheral device issues.
Document support activities and maintain accurate service records.
Work with internal IT teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
Maintain IT equipment and assist with asset management.
Perform other IT support duties as assigned.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or a related role.
Strong experience with Windows Support and Desktop Support.
Experience with PC Imaging and PC Deployment.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
Experience supporting end users in an onsite IT environment.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and technical records.
