Bi-Lingual On-Site Workforce Success Specialist

We’re looking for an Onsite Supervisor who can serve as the bridge between our employees and our customer, ensuring productivity, communication, attendance, and overall workforce success.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor and serve as the primary point of contact for employees and client management.
• Manage attendance, call-offs, and employee scheduling.
• Conduct employee check-ins, coaching conversations, and performance discussions.
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and new hire introductions.
• Monitor workforce performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Address employee concerns professionally and promptly.
• Partner with warehouse leadership to anticipate staffing needs and provide workforce solutions.
• Track and maintain accurate employee records and reporting.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Assist with recruiting efforts when needed to ensure staffing levels are met.
• Be ready to adapt to changing priorities and business demands., You understand that successful staffing is about more than filling positions-it’s about building relationships, supporting employees, and creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Previous experience in staffing, warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or workforce management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with employees and client leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and spending time on the production floor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Flexibility Is A Must

Warehouse operations don’t always follow a predictable schedule, and neither does this role.

The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to:

• Work varying shifts as business needs change.
• Respond to employee and customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Support occasional weekends, early mornings, evenings, or peak-season demands.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change at a moment’s notice.
