IT Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for current staff of 25 employees seeking assistance with computers and phones. Work will be performed at our facility in St Clair, MO
• Perform new installs and upgrades of phone, computer, and security systems.
• Identify and recommend possible improvements on procedures
• Assist in maintaining upgrading our website

• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Excellent communication skills

This is a part time position and work would be all on site., * High school or equivalent (Preferred), * Windows: 1 year (Preferred)

• Networking: 1 year (Preferred)
