Tier 1/Tier 2 - IT Network Desktop Technician

Responding to customer support tickets promptly, providing concierge-level technical support, documenting resolutions to support requests daily, and escalating tickets as needed.

Daily Management of Windows Desktop support.

Providing support for issues ranging from desktop configuration and network application troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with the ambition to problem-solve, resolve issues and possess the ability to effectively communicate and be able to work independently or in a team environment. This a dynamic environment where our team works from the office as well as local client offices as needed. We are only interested in candidates that already reside in our service area.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in Windows Operating environments.

Must possess knowledge of troubleshooting skills in Windows environments/Mac OS

Possess Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A sense of urgency and responsibility for following through on projects.

Must have reliable transportation for local in person support.

Agility Network Technologies, a local IT Managed Services Provider in North Florida / South Georgia for over 19 years, is seeking a qualified IT Desktop Support specialist. This job requires both inside and onsite client site visits in the greater Tallahassee/South Georgia area.
