Job description

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees across all bank locations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, mobile device, and telecommunications issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, peripherals, and business applications.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, user account management, password resets, and access requests.
  • Collaborate with departments throughout the bank to ensure the reliable operation of technology systems and services.
  • Support banking applications, digital banking platforms, and other line-of-business systems.
  • Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of cybersecurity controls and security best practices.
  • Participate in vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, patch management, and security awareness initiatives.
  • Support compliance with bank policies and applicable regulatory requirements, including information security and data protection standards.
  • Work with third-party technology vendors to troubleshoot issues and coordinate service requests.
  • Assist with technology projects, system upgrades, hardware deployments, and branch technology initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, asset inventories, procedures, and technical knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in business continuity, disaster recovery, and remote-work testing to ensure operational resilience.
  • Perform other technology-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Desire to learn new technologies and grow within the banking technology field., * Previous IT support, help desk, internship, or technical customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, or information security concepts.
  • Interest in banking technology, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
