Job description

As an Software Engineer, the employee will be responsible for the following job duties:

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and backend services using object-oriented programming languages and application frameworks.
Develop and implement backend systems and RESTful APIs supporting monolithic and microservices-based architectures.
Design and implement distributed software solutions, including applications integrating with blockchain or distributed ledger technologies.
Develop integrations between enterprise software systems and decentralized platforms, including smart-contract based functionality.
Deploy, manage, and maintain applications in cloud computing environments using industry-standard cloud platforms.
Implement containerized application deployments using containerization technologies and related tools.
Develop and maintain automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Perform system analysis, software design, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, product management, and operations to deliver software solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and provide engineering reports and updates to management.

Requirements

Qualification: Master/ Bachelor/ Associate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Minimum experience required: Bachelor’s/Associate’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field +2 yrs exp for a junior position. Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field OR Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field + 5 years of exp for Sr Position.

Pay rate: $85,467/year for Bachelor’s/Associate + 2 yrs exp, $108,077/year for Master’s + 0 yrs exp, $153,317/year for Bachelor’s + 5 yrs exp (OES industry standards) (Employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor)
