Job description

  • Configuring learning pathways and prerequisites by persona;
  • Implementing proficiency tracking and reporting dashboards;
  • Establishing bi-directional integration between LMS and Wiki platforms.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft SharePoint architecture, development, and administration;
  • Experience with Learning Management System integration (preferably Rhapsode or Moodle).

Desirable:

  • Postgraduate specialization in system design, human-machine integration, integrated product development, or digital transformation;
  • Certification in ITIL 4, Agile Project Management, or demonstrated program delivery expertise in phased enterprise implementation;
  • Previous experience with NATO accreditation processes (SAA, CISOA, or NIST-based frameworks).
