Program Manager - Enterprise Technology Programs Chicago IL - Hybrid

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex enterprise programs from initiation through implementation and completion. Build and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines across multiple workstreams. Partner with business and technology leadership to define scope, objectives, and measurable outcomes. Present program updates, strategic recommendations, and risks to executive leadership and C-level stakeholders. Drive cross-functional collaboration across technology teams, business groups, vendors, and third-party partners. Identify and proactively mitigate risks, issues, resource constraints, and project dependencies. Monitor project financials, staffing requirements, resource allocation, and program health metrics.
