Job description
PROVEN Management, LLC, an award-winning firm, is seeking a Move Project Coordinator to support the planning and decommissioning of the Geological Survey project. The role involves managing client expectations, coordinating multiple vendors, overseeing construction activities related to furniture and relocation, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Develop and maintain project schedules for all phases of relocation activities
- Manage and coordinate vendors, including moving companies, e-waste providers, laboratory technicians, and other move-related contractors
- Oversee construction work as it relates to furniture installation and relocation
- Manage client expectations and serve as a point of contact throughout the move process
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong dependability and self-motivation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction, telecommunications, security, furniture, and design preferred, * Bachelor’s (Preferred), * CAD/Revitt: 5 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)
- Design: 4 years (Preferred)
