Job description
The Attractions Implementation Manager plays a critical role in bridging design intent with field execution. This position acts as the Project Manager while supporting the Superintendent by managing the technical, administrative, and coordination tasks required to deliver construction projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
The Attractions Implementations Manager is highly involved with day-to-day site operations, documentation, and coordination. This position serves as a key liaison between owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal project teams, ensuring plans are translated accurately into built work while maintaining quality, safety, and cost control.
In essence, the Attractions Implementation Manager is the technical backbone of the project-responsible for problem-solving, organization, communication, and execution support from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination * Assist in developing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, tracking deliverables, and organizing resources to support efficient field execution.

Field Support & Site Coordination * Maintain a strong presence supporting the Superintendent with day-to-day coordination, constructability review, and issue resolution.

Quality Assurance & Safety Support * Perform field checks and QA/QC reviews to verify work aligns with drawings, specifications, and projects standards.

Budget & Cost Tracking * Manage cost tracking, quantity takeoffs, procurement support, and budget monitoring. * Support Change order evaluation and documentation.

RFIs & RFQs * Prepare, track, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.

Technical Documentation * Manage shop drawings, logs, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.

CAD & Design Support * Utilize CAD software to create and review drawings, assist with layout coordination, generate sketches, and support constructability reviews as needed.

Communication & Collaboration * Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.

Schedule & Deadline Management * Track task progress, identify risks to schedule, and support corrective actions to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Project Closeout Support * Manage punch lists, as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and final project closeout requirements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Blueprint creation using CAD software?, · Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
· Equivalent combination of education and relevant design experience considered.
- Experience:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering, project management, assistant project management, or a related construction role, with a focus on commercial, retail, or entertainment projects.
· Proven experience managing design teams and coordinating with architects and engineers.
· Strong understanding of construction documentation, plan review, and design detailing.
- Skills & Competencies:
· Proficient in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCaD, Sketchup, Revit) and other relevant engineering tools
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
· Exceptional attention to detail across documentation, drawings, and reporting.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Quality Assurance & Compliance - Ensures work performed in the field meets project specifications, drawings, and company quality standards through regular field reviews and QA/QC checks.
· Budget Awareness & Cost Control Support - Supports cost tracking, quantity takeoffs, procurement coordination, and change order documentation to help maintain project financial performance.
· Project Organization & Schedule Management - Maintains strong organizational discipline to track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and risks, helping keep projects on time and aligned with project goals.
· Attention to Detail & Documentation Accuracy - Maintains a high level of accuracy across drawings, reports, and project records to ensure consistency and reliability in all project documentation.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer or reviewing plans.
· Occasional travel for site visits, design reviews, and vendor coordination.
· Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. (plans, samples, or materials).
