Job description

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, thrives on keeping things organised and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in supporting our warehouse and logistics operation, helping to coordinate shipments, manage documentation, track deliveries and provide excellent support to both colleagues and customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Processing outbound shipments and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Booking couriers, tracking deliveries and resolving any issues or delays.
  • Preparing logistics documentation, including purchase orders and customs paperwork.
  • Supporting colleagues and customers with logistics-related queries.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Assisting with stock checks, reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.
  • Providing general administrative support to the warehouse and logistics teams.

Requirements

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people.
  • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Have experience in logistics, warehouse administration or stock control (helpful but not essential).
