Group Technical Architect

• Design and implement robust SAP Basis architectures ensuring high availability, performance, and security-Oversee end-to-end SAP landscapes including installations, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance across environments-Provide expertise in client strategy, transport management, and job scheduling to ensure controlled system changes-Monitor system performance, conduct tuning, and lead capacity planning efforts to meet service targets-Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and network teams to deliver integrated and reliable SAP solutions-Implement and manage SAP security including roles, authorizations, encryption, and patching-Define and execute disaster recovery strategies, backup policies, and failover planning-Create architecture documentation, runbooks, and operational standards for consistent execution-Translate business requirements into scalable SAP Basis solutions supporting transformation initiatives-Evaluate new SAP technologies and recommend innovation roadmaps for, 1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives. 2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. 3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements 4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures. 5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated

automation and cost optimization-12+ Years of demonstrated experience- Should be german speaking-Should have atleast 2 SAP S/4Hana implementation experience
