Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

As part of our pre-employment checks, all employees of Healios will be asked to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Dependent on your role within the business, this will either be an Enhanced or Basic. A Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check will be required. You will also be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum.

• Proven work experience as a full-stack developer
• Demonstrable knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Tailwind
• A desire and curiosity to work in a modular monolith Ruby on Rails app (previous RoR experience is desirable)
• Good understanding of modular code and design
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Enthusiasm for writing readable and extensible code
• A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children

You will be working on our clinical platform, Panacea, on tools to support identifying client needs, surfacing support while they’re waiting like articles, videos and courses, and building on our form builder the clinical team uses to gather information from clients., “Do the right thing” is one of our core Healios values.
