• Konzeption und Implementierung der Integration von KI-Modellen.
• Aufbau von Low-Code-Prototypen bis hin zu produktiven Systemen (RAG/Knowledge-Base, Prompt Engineering, KI-APIs).
• Prompt Engineering und Aufbau von RAG Knowledge-Bases.
• Benchmarking von LLMs und anderen AI-basierten Systemen.
• Datenverarbeitung und -analyse
• Aufbereiten großer Datenmengen (ETL/ELT, Feature Engineering) und Durchführen von Analysen
• Fortlaufendes Monitoring und Evaluieren von KI-Ergebnissen zur Optimierung.
• Innovation und Prototyping
• Entwickeln von Proof-of-Concepts, Evaluieren neuer Technologien sowie Skalieren erfolgreicher Ideen
• Enge Abstimmung mit Fach- und Business-Teams zur Anforderungsdefinition
• Fantasie beim Entwickeln und Identifizieren von Use-Cases und Einsatzszenarien von KI
• Beratung und Kollaboration
• Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Beratung bei der Einführung neuer KI-Lösungen
• Technische Beratung bei Projekten
• Nicht nur mit Tech-Brille auf AI schauen, auch konkrete Benefits und Möglichkeiten sehen und entwickeln
• Qualitätssicherung und Betrieb
• Kontinuierlicher Ausbau von CI/CD-Pipelines, Performance-Monitoring und Tuning der ML-Modelle
• Sicherstellen von Softwarequalität, Datenschutz- und Ethik-Standards

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
• Erfahrung mit GenAI und AgenticAI
• Gute Übersicht über Trends, verfügbare off-the-shelf Lösungen und neue Entwicklungen im AI Umfeld
• Nachweisbare Projekterfahrung in interdisziplinären Teams
• Ein offenes Auge für Defizite und Potentiale - technisch & organisatorisch
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Überwiegende Arbeit im Homeoffice
• Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen in unser HQ in Landau (ca. 5-10% der Arbeitszeit)
