Job description
Insight Global is seeking a NET/NEF Team Lead to support a large government customer in Alexandria, VA. This role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of new equipment testing and fielding, ensuring smooth integration into existing operations. The ideal candidate will drive coordination across teams, manage timelines, and ensure equipment is deployed safely and effectively., Lead the planning and execution of new equipment testing (NET) and fielding (NEF) efforts
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements in coordination with leadership
Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of new equipment at various sites
Ensure smooth transition of new equipment into operations with minimal disruption
Coordinate with engineering, logistics, procurement, and operations teams to drive project success
Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement solutions as needed
Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Provide regular status updates and briefings to leadership
Identify process improvements and implement best practices for future deployments
Maintain clear documentation, including procedures, reports, and technical materials
Requirements

Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
-
BA/BS with 4+ years; AA/AS with 8+ years; or HS/GED with 10+ years.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in management tools and software.

Familiarity with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strategic thinking and planning experience

Must be able to work in various environments, including office and field settings. * Experience with test measurement and diagnostic equipment

Experience briefing senior level military and civilian leaders

Knowledge of base layered defense and BDOC operations

Familiarity with cybersecurity vulnerabilities

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
