Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with CSA+CIS certification to join our team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be involved in very key ServiceNow projects from strategic advice to project implementation within the organization of our customers.
- Defining and ensuring a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems and Technology
- Going beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change while securing sustainability
- Provide top level business and technology architecture consultancy services to our clients
- Provide input to the design of ServiceNow based ITSM solutions as a recognized Architect or Design Authority
- Provide input to bids and assist in presenting proposals to potential clients
- Lead or support creation of innovative digital offers as complete enterprise solutions
- Support implementation programs for complex enterprise scale solutions
- Provide input to and/or create specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate present at industry events
- Work with: Customer Managers, Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Solution Designers and senior level representatives on client side
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, acting as an Architect
- Experience in designing architecture for core ITSM and at least 2 additional ServiceNow modules/features (e.g. Service Catalog, ITOM, HR, SAM, ITBM, Orchestration)
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST and SOAP web services, LDAP, and SSO.
- Excellent at communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Able to present business cases, strategies, solutions, make recommendations, gather team consensus to solve problems and prepare prototypes for proposed solutions
- Able to define technical solutions aligned with client’s business problems at an architectural and design level of detail
- You speak fluently English and Dutch/French
