• Answer phone calls, emails and texts to assist patients in scheduling and assist in answering patient’s questions or concerns.
• Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Support other administrative tasks such as check-out and follow-up phone calls.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Do you have experience in Phone communication?, * Good communication skills, reliability and being a positive team player are a must.

• Proper phone etiquette is required.
• The ability to multi-task and maintain a positive demeanor under pressure is crucial.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and data security.
• Computer literacy and adaptability to varying programs is essential.
• Experience in the dental field and knowledge of dental radiographs is helpful, but not mandatory.
