Recruitment Manager - SAP desk

What the role involves:

• Build and lead the SAP practice strategy
• Develop a new revenue stream within a high performing, Enterprise Technology practice
• Leverage existing Hays client networks to accelerate growth
• Establish a strong SAP community presence through events, partnerships and thought leadership
• Work closely with senior leaders to scale the practice over time

This isn’t a role for someone looking to step up. We need a proven leader with the gravitas, credibility and market knowledge to immediately plug into the SAP ecosystem and shape the strategy from day one., * A strong SAP recruitment background with a clear understanding of modules, technologies, talent pools, and client landscapes

• 4-5+ years’ experience in SAP or wider enterprise tech recruitment
• Proven experience building client relationships, winning large accounts, and influencing senior stakeholders
• The confidence and capability to serve as a practice lead, shaping the market strategy and driving growth
• Ambition, commercial edge and the desire to create something new within a major organisation
