Job description

Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing software applications using modern programming practices.

Application Enhancement: Develop new features while improving the performance, maintainability, and reliability of existing software solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, product managers, QA professionals, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Code Quality: Participate in peer code reviews, write clean and well-documented code, and contribute to development standards and best practices.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve application stability.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging technologies, development methodologies, and industry trends while recommending improvements that enhance product quality and team efficiency.

Requirements

Experience: Previous professional experience in software development with a strong understanding of modern software engineering principles.

Technical Skills: Experience with one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies, along with knowledge of SQL databases, REST APIs, and Git version control.

Development Practices: Familiarity with Agile development environments, software testing, debugging, and writing maintainable, production-quality code.

Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to diagnose technical issues and develop practical, efficient solutions.

Communication Skills: Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mindset: A proactive learner who enjoys solving challenging problems, embraces continuous improvement, and takes pride in delivering high-quality software solutions.
