Job description
We are looking for a seasoned eCommerce Product Content Analyst who has a passion for driving conversion and enhancing brand presence across digital platforms. This pivotal role involves the creation of best-in-class Product Detail Pages (PDPs), managing a content roadmap across leading brands, and ensuring that the brands digital shelf is optimized to exceed performance metrics. You will also spearhead new product launches and content enhancements, leveraging a mix of analytical prowess and creative flair to significantly impact company’s bottom line.
How will you add value to the team: Content Strategy and Optimization:

Drive conversion through the strategic creation of engaging PDPs and captivating brand stores.

Build and project manage the content roadmap, including video, imagery, enhanced brand content, and SEO content across all retailers for new product launches and enhancements.

Partner with syndicated content providers (e.g., Salsify) to push content to retailer sites via API and provide content to non-connected sites.

Conduct continuous content audits in collaboration with the Digital Shelf Manager and external agencies, sharing findings with local and global brand teams.

Optimize digital shelf presence and brand performance by analysing content features that drive sales lift and rank using tools like Profitero, Clavis, and Vendor Central.

Utilize A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of PDP content, both imagery, and text.

Collaborate closely with the Digital Shelf Strategy Manager and external agencies to enhance organic search rankings for all brands.
Content Management and Reporting:

Leverage retailer search algorithms to optimize product placement and visibility.

Develop and implement content strategies that align with SEO goals and user experience guidelines.

Lead content projects from strategy through production, including conducting content audits, optimizing content based on SEO best practices, and developing taxonomies.

The role involves extensive collaboration with multiple stakeholders to develop, optimize, publish, and manage high-quality content across our retailers’ platforms.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in eCommerce/digital content roles, with a preference for candidates with CPG/Beauty industry experience.

Demonstrated expertise in eCommerce content best practices, particularly on small platforms.

Robust knowledge of and experience with SEO, including A/B and multivariate testing.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong ability to work cross-functionally with Brand/Sales/Shopper teams and external agencies.
