Job description

GPS Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced MTSS Systems Specialist to support the implementation and sustainability of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) across our school sites. This Full Time role focuses on building and strengthening Tier I foundational systems related to attendance, behavior, and academic success, while ensuring alignment with Tier II and Tier III interventions., * Collect, analyze, and use data to support Tier I, II, and III systems in academics, behavior, and attendance.

  • Partner with school staff and leadership to implement consistent, data-informed MTSS practices.
  • Support the development of clear communication strategies for staff, students, and families regarding MTSS.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organize data systems to track MTSS efforts and ensure compliance.
  • Guide schools in using data to identify trends, monitor progress, and make informed decisions.
  • Help build inclusive and accessible systems that engage families in understanding and supporting MTSS interventions.
  • Collaborate with GPS Solutions and school teams to align supports and ensure program effectiveness.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and follow all GPS Solutions policies, ethical standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Complete administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support school-based MTSS implementation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is data-savvy, student-centered, and highly collaborative, with experience in school settings and a passion for equity-driven student support systems., * Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

  • Experience working directly with students.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and student information systems., * Experience as a teacher, counselor, interventionist, or SPED staff.
  • Experience with grant compliance, instructional coaching, or MTSS coordination.
  • Familiarity with data systems for tracking attendance, behavior, and academics.
  • Knowledge of restorative practices or social-emotional learning (SEL).
  • Experience in a school-based administrative or support role
