Job description
- Manage hardware-related ServiceNow (SNOW), NLYTE, and JIRA tickets and provide regular updates to the customer
- Plan all phases of hardware projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and maturing technical performance parameters
- Perform engineering reviews of deployment packages submitted by customers to identify and resolve inconsistencies
- Work closely with the systems engineering team to develop and validate hardware drawing packages
- Complete documentation to obtain approvals for shipping equipment to pre-staging areas and keep stakeholders informed (e.g., MDATs, TOEs)
- Perform immediate changes, maintenance, sustainment, and replacement of failed hardware (Break/Fix support)
- Organize and lead hardware installations across multiple operational sites
Requirements
Shall have a minimum of fourteen (14) years’ experience as a HE is analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGNIT solutions., Five (5) years of additional hardware engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. EDUCATION: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in communications engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information systems, mathematics, or related discipline.
