Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery Participation in scaled agile frameworks Skills, Licenses, and Certifications Top requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification) Experience in Scaled Agile Framework 6+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment Nice to Have Skills and Experience (preferred but not required): Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery Participation in scaled agile frameworks
