Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and solution-driven Implementation Consultant to join our innovative team. • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery while managing scope, resources, and risks effectively.
• Configure and customize software applications, leveraging skills in solution architecture, system integration, and API development.
• Conduct technical troubleshooting support during implementation phases, resolving issues related to system architecture, network configurations, or application performance.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure optimal load balancing, security protocols (such as VPNs and firewalls), and system hardening measures are in place.
• Document all implementation processes meticulously, including version control, configuration management, and adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.

• Proven experience in software implementation within enterprise environments, with a strong understanding of systems engineering principles.
• Extensive knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture, and system design methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including virtualization technologies like VMware or ESXi.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java; familiarity with scripting languages like Bash or Shell Scripting is a plus.
• Strong background in database management systems including SQL (T-SQL), MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Git for version control and automation.
• Knowledge of network security protocols including DNS, DHCP, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills complemented by the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; certifications in solution architecture or cloud security are advantageous.
