SAP Fieldglass System Coordinator

Provide hands-on operational support for SAP Fieldglass (VMS) to ensure system stability and assist with system expansion.

• Act as secondary system administrator, supporting the primary owner with daily operations.
• Manage user access, configurations, and overall system setup.
• Support and execute system testing, enhancements, and integrations.
• Track, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and service requests.
• Perform data uploads, monitor data integrity, and validate system data.
• Generate and distribute operational and ad hoc reports.
• Maintain process documentation and create job aids for knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate on process documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

• 2 3 years of system administration experience.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft O365.
• Experience in testing, documentation, and change management.

• Data analysis and reporting skills. Education:
