Job description

Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP Fieldglass System Coordinator in Miami, FL area.

Primary Purpose: The candidate provides hands-on operational support for SAP Fieldglass (VMS) to maintain system stability and support an ongoing system expansion initiative. This person acts as a secondary administrator, allowing the primary owner to focus on strategic work.

Responsibility and % Time:

  • System administration, configuration, issue resolution, integrations - 70%
  • Data analysis, reporting, validation - 20%
  • Process documentation and knowledge transfer - 5%
  • Additional Fieldglass support tasks - 5%

Key Functions:

  • Manage user access, configurations, and system setup
  • Support testing, enhancements, and integrations
  • Track and resolve system issues and service requests
  • Execute data uploads and ensure data integrity
  • Generate operational and ad hoc reporting
  • Maintain process documentation and job aids

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Technical preferred)

Technical/Core Skills: SAP Fieldglass expertise:

  • Contingent Labor
  • SOW
  • Worker Tracking
  • System administration experience (2-3+ years)
  • Strong Excel and O365 proficiency

Experience with:

  • Testing, documentation, change management
  • Data analysis and reporting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
