Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team. The IT Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving our company’s technology systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends., Monitor and maintain the company’s technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement technology solutions that improve business operations.
  • Conduct research and make recommendations for new technology implementations.
  • Train employees on the use of technology systems and provide ongoing support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and data protection.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with real estate technology systems is a plus.
