IT ANALYST

As an IT Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our company’s technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for analyzing and implementing technology solutions to meet the needs of our business. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth and advancement within the company., Evaluate and analyze current technology systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees and clients
• Manage and maintain hardware and software systems, including updates and backups
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security
• Provide technical support and training to employees on new and existing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions for business needs
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
• Monitor and maintain network and server performance to ensure optimal functionality
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
• Assist with IT procurement and budgeting processes

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in a similar IT role
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Familiarity with programming languages and database management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with project management and implementing technology solutions is a plus
