IT SPECIALIST

Manage and maintain all computer systems and networks within the company

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security and integrity
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Provide technical support and training to employees on various software and systems
• Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for implementation
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve business processes
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
• Maintain inventory of all hardware and software, and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and environments
