Job description

This position is responsible for the functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation of the Workday Compensation and Workday Learning modules. The Workday Functional Analyst will be collaborating with HR, Compensation, Learning & Development, Payroll, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-aligned solutions that enhance the employee experience and support organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience supporting Workday HCM, including Compensation and/or Learning modules.
  • Understanding of compensation administration processes, including merit planning, bonus programs, compensation eligibility, salary structures, and governance practices.
  • Strong understanding of learning management processes, including compliance training, certification management, instructor-led training, self-paced learning, and curriculum management.
  • ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday configurations.
  • Experience with configuration migration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
