Sr. Maximo Developer - Required Clearance

Demonstration of the IBM Maximo tool and assessment of system integrations and business processes that support improved installation-level energy and utilities management, data analytics, and operational oversight. The demonstration will evaluate interoperability with Army enterprise systems, transition considerations, and potential energy-related efficiency, cost-reduction, and performance improvement opportunities.

Do you have experience in Software installation?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Must have experience and deep knowledge of Maximo, functional and technical areas/disciplines and be able to conduct research on special areas. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data integrations between Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and various internal and external systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions, designing and implementing integration flows, transformations, and mappings, and ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with data governance policies. Proficiency in data integration tools, as well as experience with databases, message queues, and web services standards, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities are required.

Engineering Technologists and Technicians Senior

• Apply engineering theory and principles to problems, usually under the direction of engineering staff.
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.
• High School & 10+ years of related experience, 6 years’ work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree., * Minimum of 5+ years of experience as Technical Functional resource of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Software is required.
• IBM Maximo 7.x application configuration and support (e.g., Maximo Integration Framework, Java, and BIRT report writing)
• IBM Maximo 7.x installation and upgrade experience Maximo Migration Manager, Workflow Designer, Application Designer and Database Configuration applications that are used to configure Maximo
• Java and Python programming - Oracle PL/SQL development experience
• Certified Maximo Deployment Professional
• Experience working in maximo asset maintenance (3 Years)
• Experience with data import and migration of data for Maximo (3 years)
• Experience with integration of Maximo with 3rd party enterprise platforms leveraging MIF services (3 years)
• Experience with maintenance reporting requirements (3 Years)
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to document requirements and communicate to technical (software) teams
• Ability to work with maintenance technicians, stakeholders, and technical staff

Nice to have skills:

• Familiarity with Army
• Certified in one Cloud Service Provider
• Experience in implementing Maximo, * IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Software : 5 years (Preferred)
• IBM Maximo 7.x application: 5 years (Preferred)
• integration of Maximo with 3rd party enterprise : 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Maximo Deployment (Preferred)
