Provide a dedicated Val Nav Specialist to work on-site with client personnel, acting as a subject matter expert, super user, trainer, and implementation resource to support workflow configuration, user adoption, and operational excellence.

Scope of Services

Workflow Assessment & Configuration

• Review existing Val Nav configuration and workflows.
• Assess current forecasting and reserves management processes.
• Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Configure, optimize, and support Val Nav workflows based on business requirements.
• Assist with process standardization and best practice implementation.
• Load data and other information as required to deploy and effectively optimize Val Nav usage for client.

Super User & Operational Support

• Serve as the primary Val Nav subject matter expert for end-client users.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting.
• Respond to user questions and assist with issue resolution.
• Liaise with Quorum technical support as required.
• Support ongoing system utilization and continuous improvement efforts.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Develop and deliver user training sessions.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring.
• Support onboarding of new users.
• Create and maintain user guides, reference materials, and process documentation.
• Build internal capability to reduce long-term reliance on external resources.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflow requirements.
• Participate in regular project and operational meetings.
• Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, adoption, and utilization of Val Nav.
• Support prioritization of enhancement opportunities and future initiatives.

Deliverables

• Current state assessment of Val Nav usage and workflows.
• Workflow configuration and optimization recommendations.
• Implemented workflow improvements, where approved.
• User training sessions and coaching support.
• Process documentation and user reference materials.
• Knowledge transfer to designated client personnel.
• Periodic status updates and recommendations.

• One (1) dedicated Val Nav Specialist.
• Demonstrated experience with Val Nav software.
• Experience supporting forecasting and reserves workflows.
• Experience delivering end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• One (1) full-time dedicated resource.
• Approximately 40 hours per week.
• On-site at client Houston office preferred, but open to remote support with travel for key workshops.
• Initial engagement term of 6 months, with possibility to extend.

Pay: $62.17 - $74.87 per hour
