AI/ML Specialist

The AI/ML Specialist develops, deploys, and maintains artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions supporting mission-critical operational and analytical requirements., * Design and deploy AI/ML models.

• Develop and test machine learning solutions.
• Support MLOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Evaluate AI technologies and use cases.
• Perform model validation, monitoring, and tuning.
• Provide technical leadership on AI initiatives.

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related field.
• CAP Professional or equivalent certification.
• 6 years of AI/ML experience, or 5 years with a PhD.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Work Location: Hybrid - USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth’s Campus in D.C.)

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $140,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range., We are always looking for good people!
