Scrum Master

We are looking for a mid-level, seasoned Agile Lead / Scrum Master to support multiple engineering teams within an enterprise environment. This is a long-term initiative (approx. 2 years) where you will play a key role in driving Agile practices and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers to manage and prioritize backlogs
• Partner with engineering teams to drive Agile delivery and execution
• Collaborate with other Agility Leads across teams
• Support 4 engineering teams (2 existing, 2 in build phase)
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to best practices
• Help teams adapt quickly to evolving technologies and processes
• Apply strong organizational and negotiation skills to remove blockers

• Experience as an Agile Lead / Scrum Master in an enterprise environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
