Intermediate Architect

• Ability to independently produce and coordinate drawing sets.

• Experience supporting workplace, retail, hospitality, media, or similar commercial interior projects.
• Ability to coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project phases.
• Experience conducting site surveys, code reviews, and construction administration activities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 4-10 years of architectural experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
• Commercial interiors experience preferred.
• Experience on workplace, retail, hospitality, or media projects preferred.
• Licensed architect or pursuing licensure is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Client-facing professionalism and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment., Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

The work environment offers a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and Fridays remote, though occasional Friday attendance may be required for site visits or client meetings.
