Senior Oracle Fusion Financials R2R Functional Consultant (Diversity Candidates Only) - W2 contract

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion Financials - Record to Report (R2R) modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Financial Reporting.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials R2R modules.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and month-end/year-end close.
• Experience in configuration, testing, and functional documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
