Job description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud HR Lead to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of an enterprise Oracle HCM Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of functional HR expertise and Oracle HCM Cloud technical knowledge to drive system enhancements, optimize HR processes, and support key business initiatives.
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between HR stakeholders, IT teams, and end users, ensuring the Oracle HCM platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, administration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Manage Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning modules.
- Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, security roles, user access, and business processes.
- Ensure HR data integrity, system performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead Oracle HCM implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and production support activities.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
- Manage Oracle quarterly cloud releases, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve HR processes and user experience.
- Create and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning modules.
- Experience configuring security roles, workflows, approvals, and business processes.
- Hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, data governance, compliance, and security.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Oracle quarterly cloud releases.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, data privacy, and security best practices.
- Experience with HRIS integrations and enterprise reporting.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.

Benefits & conditions
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
