Job description
Morning starts with a quick scan of production orders in Microsoft Dynamics NAV: you release paperwork, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and flag material shortages. Midday, you’re the go-to liaison for NAV issues-fielding questions, troubleshooting reporting quirks, and coordinating upgrades. In the afternoon, you’ll verify replenished items landed in the right bins, receive parts into stock, and sync with Accounts Payable to reconcile order details. Throughout, you partner with Supply Chain and floor teams to keep lead times on target., * Serve as the day-to-day Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP) point person for issues, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Reconcile order information between NAV and Accounts Payable.
- Manage and balance on-hand inventory; analyze component availability.

- Collaborate across teams to problem-solve; take on special assignments as needed.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Assistant Manager; work under the guidance of the division supervisor and occasionally a crew leader.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft NAV; accurate data entry skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
