Job description
As an ERP Inventory Coordinator, you will serve as the primary link between our manufacturing production cycles and our digital resource management systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring material availability, maintaining accurate inventory records, and optimizing production workflows to meet our operational goals. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for ERP system management, overseeing daily operations, project tracking, and system updates.
- Reconcile inventory data and order information to ensure financial and physical accuracy.
- Monitor component availability to prevent production delays and communicate shortages or surpluses to the supply chain team.
- Manage the release of production documentation, including pick lists, work instructions, and quality control forms.
- Report on production order outcomes, including completion status, scrap rates, and labor accounting.
- Receive incoming parts into stock and verify correct placement within the warehouse bin system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50-75 lbs and working in varied temperature environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills., * 1+ year of direct experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP software.
- Experience with Jet Reports or advanced data reporting tools.
- Background in manufacturing inventory control or cycle counting processes.
