Job description

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Provide technical support to users.
  • Monitor system performance and security.
  • Train users on new systems or software.
  • Research new technologies and develop strategies to implement them.

Requirements

Our organization is looking for an experienced Information Technology Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients’ computer systems, networks, and software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, including experience with system maintenance, hardware installation, and software development. We are looking for a motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure our clients’ systems run smoothly and efficiently., * Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Windows Server: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Required)
