- Involvement in financial consolidation, intercompany transactions, and eliminations for multinational organizations
- Lead role in RAR implementations (FLC projects) and support in multiple SAP implementation cycles
- Opportunity to work in a consulting services environment with global exposure
- Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA implementations (preferred/plus)
Your Role
- Act as RAR Lead for 2-3 full lifecycle implementations and sub-module lead for 5-8 implementations
- Manage onshore and offshore teams, including deliverables and project execution
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members on technology, architecture, and delivery
- Build team collaboration and alignment, creating a shared vision and direction
- Engage with senior stakeholders/C-level executives and present solutions effectively
- Ensure knowledge transfer, best practices, and continuous improvement within teams
- Contribute to solution design discussions and present multiple technology viewpoints
Requirements
In-depth expertise in Revenue Accounting Recognition (RAR) Strong experience with multinational financial processes (intercompany, consolidation) Proven implementation experience in SAP environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Executive presence with ability to interact at leadership level Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, and independent
Leadership & Behavioral Skills
Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring abilities Strong time management, flexibility, and creativity Ability to articulate different technical viewpoints Proven track record of professional success in consulting
7-10 years overall experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar role

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
