- Build pixel-perfect, responsive web components using modern frontend technologies, including TypeScript and CSS3.
- Evaluate AI-generated frontend implementations for correctness, responsiveness, accessibility, maintainability, and visual accuracy.
- Ensure interfaces comply with established design systems, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design best practices.
- Identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, or implementation issues within design specifications and recommend improvements.
- Optimize frontend performance across browsers and devices to deliver smooth, efficient user experiences.
- Clearly document implementation decisions, UI behaviors, and technical reasoning to support AI training initiatives.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams by providing structured feedback and domain expertise throughout AI evaluation projects., This opportunity is ideal for frontend engineers who enjoy building polished user experiences, solving interface challenges, and applying real-world engineering expertise to the development of next-generation AI systems. Your contributions will directly improve how AI understands frontend architecture, responsive design, accessibility, visual implementation, and modern web development best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional frontend software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, CSS3, HTML, and modern responsive web development.
- Proven ability to build pixel-perfect interfaces from detailed design specifications, style guides, or visual references.
- Experience working with component libraries, design systems, and reusable UI architectures.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and frontend performance optimization.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or similar technologies.
- Experience maintaining or extending enterprise design systems or component libraries.
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and UI quality assurance practices.
- Experience reviewing code, mentoring developers, or providing technical design feedback.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or developer-focused AI tools is beneficial but not required.
