Operations: Deployment Manager

Our client is a frontier AI company redefining predictive intelligence, seeking a Deployment Manager to own client relationships end-to-end - from initial handoff through long-term engagement and upsell. Think McKinsey consultant meets forward-deployed engineer.

This is a high-intensity, in-person NYC role for someone who can speak the language of C-suite stakeholders, translate complex client problems into an AI simulation platform, and deliver insights that drive real decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Own the post-sale client relationship - receiving handoffs from AEs and running accounts from deployment through long-term engagement
• Understand client needs, frame their problems into the simulation platform, build and run simulations, and deliver polished results to senior stakeholders
• Act as a consultative partner to clients across consumer goods, financial services, and other industries - translating rough asks into crisp, client-ready deliverables
• Identify upsell opportunities by mapping where else within a client organization simulations can create value
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and commercial teams to keep deployments on track and clients well-served

• 3-6 years in management consulting (MBB) or forward-deployed engineering (Palantir, Scale AI)
• 2+ years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG owning client workstreams
• Delivered insights and analyses directly to C-suite stakeholders
• Degree from a top-tier university - Ivy League or equivalent
• Ability to translate ambiguous client problems into structured deliverables
• Experience configuring or deploying technical products for clients
• Executive presence - can command a room with CMOs and CEOs
• Proficiency in Python or working with AI/ML tools a plus
