UI Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative UI Designer to join our creative team and elevate the user experience across our digital platforms. Your expertise will drive product development from concept through implementation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful design solutions that meet business goals and user needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate designer eager to make a tangible difference in digital experiences., * Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Zeplin to communicate design concepts effectively.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights that inform iterative design improvements.
• Create responsive web designs optimized for various devices including mobile devices, tablets, and desktops using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive web design principles.
• Apply interaction design principles and design patterns to enhance usability and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Incorporate data visualization techniques to present complex information clearly using tools like Adobe Illustrator or Data analysis skills with SQL and Google Analytics 360.
• Maintain adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG) and ensure designs support inclusive user experiences.

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Proven experience in front-end development with proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or React Express.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for web applications.
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, user flows, wireframing, layout design, and user research methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, Zeplin, and Visio.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS), RESTful APIs, WordPress or Drupal content management systems is a plus.
• Analytical skills to interpret data from Google Analytics or Omniture for continuous UX improvements.
• Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams within fast-paced environments utilizing Jira or Trello for project management.
