SAP OCM Lead

In this role, you will:

• Lead change strategy, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments
• Develop and execute communications, engagement, and learning plans
• Create change and enablement materials, including job aids and quick reference guides
• Monitor business readiness, adoption, risks, and overall change progress
• Partner with program leaders and market teams to support deployment and cutover activities
• Provide regular status updates, insights, and risk mitigation recommendations

• 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
• Strong SAP transformation experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA preferred)
• Proven success leading change for large, complex enterprise programs
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience supporting global or multi-market deployments preferred
