THE ROLE: The Sr. Product Manager will lead AMD’s networking and storage ecosystem strategy for Data Center GPUs and AI infrastructure. Drive partner engagements, influence product direction, align industry roadmaps, and accelerate adoption of AMD Instinct solutions across the AI ecosystem.

THE PERSON: The ideal candidate is a strategic and self-motivated leader with deep expertise in networking, storage, optics, AI infrastructure, and data center technologies. Strong business acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to influence partners, customers, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own strategic networking and storage ecosystem partnerships.
  • Align partner and AMD roadmaps to drive business and technology objectives.
  • Represent AMD with ecosystem partners, standards organizations, and industry forums.
  • Translate customer, partner, and market requirements into product strategy.
  • Lead ecosystem planning, technology evaluations, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Engage hyperscalers, cloud providers, OEMs, and system partners to shape future solutions.
  • Drive partner enablement, product evangelism, and ecosystem growth.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in networking, storage, optics, and large-scale data center architectures.
  • Strong understanding of AI workloads, GPU platforms, and AI infrastructure.
  • Experience with industry standards organizations (IEEE, SNIA, etc.).
  • Background in product management, system architecture, or system engineering.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

LOCATION:

  • Santa Clara, CA and Austin, TX preferred
  • Other locations may be considered for the right candidate
