Job description

The Data Analyst will serve as a key team member in successfully serving our internal team members through effective data cleaning, management, and preparation. This role will collaborate closely with the VP of Operations and Sr. VP of Technology to implement new data metrics, analysis, exploration, and reporting to improve processes and facilitate user adoption. In this role lies the responsibility to analyze and organize the company’s data and identify ways to enhance the team’s quality, productivity, and workflow processes.

Essential Job Functions:

Manage large amounts of data and draw noteworthy conclusions

Create, develop, and implement a data collection system that optimizes statistical information and data quality

Identify and problem solve data deficiencies, gaps, and concerns

Collaborate with team members to enhance program performance metrics and managing analytical functions by maintaining data quality standards

Develop and create dashboards, visualizations, and data reports

Evaluate, analyze, and improve workflows through data analysis

Produce weekly internal operational reports to management

Develop and implement new applications through seamless integrations

Provide timely updates to management on new processes and risk issues

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years of data analysis experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required or relevant work experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to design and implement new dashboards and workflow processes
  • Foster a positive work environment across all departments
  • Able to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment
  • Effective communication skills: written, oral and listening
  • Strong data management and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skill set
  • ?Available to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and tech savvy
