HCM Workday Consultant - Absence Module

• How many years of hands-on experience do you have with Workday Absence?
• Have you configured Workday Absence Management rather than only supporting end users?
• Do you have experience with Core HCM Workday?
• Have you worked with Workday integrations?
• Have you supported Workday in a large enterprise environment (5,000+ employees)?, * This position will be on the Absence Workday product team.
• This person will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release.
• Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees, as well as the product team.
• Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at the Price Road address in Chandler.

5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Absence in an analyst or lead role

Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing

Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional Workday modules (Payroll, Benefits, Core HCM, etc.)
• Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
• Prior Workday certification
• Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations
