  • Be an early applicant, * Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP HCM-Zeitwirtschaft für Deutschland inklusive ESS/MSS
  • Sicherstellung einer rechtskonformen Zeitwirtschaft unter Berücksichtigung des deutschen Arbeitszeitgesetzes sowie der Integration in die Entgeltabrechnung
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen zwischen SAP HCM und angebundenen HR-/Non-HR-Systemen (z. B. Active Directory, JIRA, eFile)
  • Analyse, Überwachung und Sicherstellung eines stabilen und reibungslosen Schnittstellenbetriebs
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von SAP-HCM-Prozessen und Systemlösungen im HR-Umfeld

Requirements

  • Erfahrung im SAP HCM Umfeld inkl. Customizing
  • Kenntnisse in den Modulen PA, OM und PT
