Data Specialist

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Assistant to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our growing distribution business.

Responsibilities

Assist with inventory control and stock management

Support order processing, packaging, and shipping logistics

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products

Communicate with vendors and customers as needed

Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and purchase orders

Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks

Help manage incoming and outgoing product flow

Support sales team with product information and availability updates

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

Prior experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and computer skills a must

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Comfortable in a fast-paced, warehouse-based work environment

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented, * Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
